During my recent stay at a riad in Fes, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and size of the family room. It was even larger than the pictures showed, with an additional bunk bed. The employees at the riad were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The individual breakfasts were delicious and catered to our preferences. The riad was also located in a very convenient and safe area within the Medina.

Wow, what an amazing and romantic stay! The stunning building with beautiful architecture and a breathtaking rooftop terrace view were definitely the best aspects. We also loved the delicious home-made Moroccan food and the friendly staff who were always willing to help. The location was perfect for exploring the city and we felt incredibly safe and relaxed during our stay. Plus, the airport transfer organised by management was very convenient and affordable. It was the perfect escape for our romantic getaway.
The only downside we noticed was that some of the food and bread occasionally lacked the fresh ingredients and quality we experienced on most nights. But honestly, this is just a minor detail when compared to the overall fantastic experience we had during our stay.

The hotel's location was ideal for our needs, as it was very close to everything in the area. It was also situated near all the shops and restaurants, making it easy to move around. it was right by the main street of the area, so we could quickly get to our desired destination.
The staff was not as helpful as we hoped they would be, with some of them refusing to provide us breakfast at an earlier time, making it difficult for us to plan our day.

I recently stayed at Riad Noujoum Medina for a few nights and I had a fantastic experience. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet alley but still close to the main streets of the medina. The Riad arranged transportation to and from the airport, making it really convenient. The staff, especially Youssef, were incredibly friendly and always available to assist with anything we needed. The terrace was a great spot to enjoy breakfast and soak in the atmosphere of the medina. The WiFi was reliable and the heater in the bedroom kept us warm during the chilly evenings.
Recommend this hotel.
